Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Design experience overseeing multiple work streams
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex, data-heavy applications
  • Examples of how your leadership improved both team performance and product quality with a desire to remain “hands-on” as a designer
  • Experience shipping products known for high-craft and ambition designs

  • Design System Advocate: Lead the evolution of our design system. Move Front towards a cutting-edge, AI-centric approach that allow designers and engineers to better collaborate and ship 2-3X faster.
  • AI-First Design: Move from concept to code quickly by building high-fidelity prototypes that leverage AI to accelerate development. You aren’t just using new tools to iterate faster; you’re defining the new standards for how AI-driven experiences should feel without compromising on the quality.
  • Design Quality Bar Champion: You define what “good” is and how design continues to be a key differentiator. You get to the heart of an issue when making a design decision, connecting it back to an insight, not just a vibe.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Mentor: You believe the design process should be agile and solution oriented. You have the intuition necessary to focus on shipping real value and the leadership skills to elevate the team’s output.
  • Operational Excellence: Refine the design process from the ground up - reimagining how design uses AI tools from customer research to high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff.
  • Executive Influence: Act as an advocate for the user, translating complex design decisions into clear business outcomes that stakeholders can’t ignore.
  • Build the Future: Use advanced tooling not just to show off, but to validate hypotheses, align stakeholders, and make informed decisions quickly.
