SimpliSafeBoston, MA
11d$171,000 - $250,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Director of Indirect Procurement, Real Estate and Insurance is a highly visible, enterprise-wide leadership role responsible for managing approximately $240 million dollars in SimpliSafe’s spend and corporate real estate portfolio. This high-impact position sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, with direct impact on the company’s bottom line and most important objectives. This leadership role reports to the CFO and owns end-to-end indirect procurement strategy, from demand intake and sourcing through contract execution and ongoing supplier management, while also leading corporate real estate planning and lease negotiations. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization. At SimpliSafe, Procurement operates as a strategic enabler, not a transactional function – an agile team focused on high-impact, high-visibility initiatives. The team delivers value through operational excellence, trusted business partnerships, expert category management, and a “make-it-happen” mindset. The ideal candidate brings a blend of procurement experience and leadership, a high degree of financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to influence change within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
