As the Director, Process and Change Management within the Retail Operations Process and Change Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across Retail Account Services, supporting both our on-shore teams and our GCC CIBC India Operations Teams. You manage multiple initiatives with conflicting priorities and limited resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your leadership will focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. You'll assess and communicate the impact of project changes, proactively engaging stakeholders to understand upstream and downstream implications. By enabling business transformation strategies, you'll support stakeholders across the organization to drive revenue, improve client experiences, and mitigate processing risks. As a chapter lead, you'll ensure proper capacity assignment to partner-driven initiatives and manage your team's resources effectively to support the new CIBC way of working.
