As the Director of Change Management, you are the primary architect of the strategic direction and lead the change management function within SSPO. You will lead a high-performing team of global and regional change managers, empowering them to design and implement change initiatives that minimize disruption and maximize the value of new sales tools, processes, and AI-powered workflows. You will serve as the primary liaison between your team and executive leadership, ensuring that our change strategies are robust, scalable, and fully aligned with Cisco’s global sales objectives. Your team will be the bridge between the center and the geos and functions, keeping the global plan consistent while giving geos the agility to adapt and execute locally.
