The Director of Predictive Analytics will be dedicated to elevating HR through data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will guide the organization by designing, building, and deploying advanced models that inform critical workforce decisions, with a strong emphasis on workforce planning and talent outcomes. This position reports to the Head of People Insights and is part of the Diagnostics People Insights Team and will be fully US remote. Current U.S. residency is required for consideration.
