About The Position

The Marketing Director, Post-Professional owns the end-to-end marketing strategy and performance for EIM’s Post-Professional business, including continuing education (CE), programs, and related offerings. This role is accountable for driving awareness, demand, conversion, and revenue growth through integrated marketing efforts aligned to business goals. The Marketing Director partners closely with Business Development, Program Leadership, Admissions, Events, and Marketing teams to optimize lead quality, conversion, and customer experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert on Post-Professional products and audiences, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on oversight in a lean, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with senior responsibility for strategy and performance
  • Experience driving demand generation, digital marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience owning KPIs, reporting, and performance outcomes
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Experience managing websites and working with external web or technology partners
  • Experience leading and developing small teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for the Post-Professional business
  • Own performance goals, KPIs, reporting, and optimization across all marketing efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve awareness, demand, conversion, and revenue performance
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to leadership
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts across channels to maximize return on investment
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve lead response rates, pipeline performance, and outcomes
  • Use data and insights to inform prioritization and investment decisions
  • Own Post-Professional website strategy, updates, optimizations, and performance monitoring
  • Lead the relationship with website support vendors to execute web-based initiatives
  • Ensure testing, quality assurance, and performance validation prior to live releases
  • Monitor site performance and flag critical issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Partner closely with Business Development leadership to support sales strategy and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and conversion strategies across programs and CE offerings
  • Work with Program and Faculty Experience (FX) leaders to maintain deep product knowledge
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities and sales motions
  • Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager to support conference and event strategy
  • Establish performance goals for Post-Professional events and conferences
  • Attend and support priority conferences and events to maximize lead generation and attendee experience
  • Contribute to cross-promotion and partnership strategies that extend reach and impact
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Post-Professional marketing staff
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure accuracy of P&L reporting
  • Prioritize resources to balance growth initiatives with operational excellence
