The Marketing Intelligence Professional is crucial to the day-to-day operations of Annual Giving, assisting with audience generation, segmentation, and data strategy for the University’s multi-channel fundraising campaigns. This role designs and executes data selections for solicitations and stewardship efforts, leveraging performance analytics, automation, and emerging AI-enabled tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency. The Marketing Intelligence Professional also oversees the auditing, tracking, and acknowledgment processes for Giving Society members. Through accurate data management and actionable insights, this role drives the effectiveness and continuous optimization of Annual Giving solicitations and stewardship initiatives. The Marketing Intelligence Professional reports to the Director of Marketing and Operations and works collaboratively with the Senior Data Analyst to advance data-driven strategy and innovation across the team.
