Requirements

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
12+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 10 years in leadership positions.
Experience with product development and agile framework and ceremonies

Nice To Haves

Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred

Responsibilities

Act as the primary advocate for client needs and incorporate stakeholder feedback and testing
Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals
Create and maintain a prioritized list of user stories and requirements
Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Provide timely feedback and clarification during development cycles.
Accept or reject completed work based on predefined criteria.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other product owners, communicating progress, risks and outcomes
Make implementation trade-off decisions to deliver products with minimal defects.
