We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Manager to join our Wealth Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex products. Using subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders. Collaborate with Product / Platform Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned. Manage issue escalations and risks. Translate regulatory and client commitments into clear, executable product plans with disciplined delivery timelines. Establish strong execution rigor, ensuring teams deliver against milestones mandated by regulators and clients. Act as a servant leader, coaching and developing product managers to maximize team performance and impact. Lead by example through hands-on engagement in product design, prioritization, and delivery orchestration. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive platform delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 - 12 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery.
  • High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development
  • Domain expertise in relevant Product/Platform
  • Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to make hard and fast decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
