About The Position

ChargePoint is seeking a hands-on architectural leader to modernize its enterprise platforms and use AI to reduce procedural friction across the business. The Director will develop a roadmap to eliminate silos among systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, billing, and customer operations; rationalize redundant commercial SaaS applications; and replace suitable tools with internal AI agents and custom micro-apps. The role will lead AI copilots and agent deployments across Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations, with rigorous governance and safety controls. The Director will also modernize the software development lifecycle through automated testing, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development. Working closely with executive IT leadership, the role will lead a distributed, blended engineering organization and define canonical data architectures and golden-record standards. The position tracks platform economics, SaaS savings, and automation ROI, and reports executive KPI dashboards to C-suite leadership. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer.
