About The Position
Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to serve as Director of the Adult Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This leadership role provides clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of a high-acuity outpatient continuum serving adults with acute psychiatric needs. The Director will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee program operations, provide clinical care, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting seamless transitions between inpatient, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. This position includes a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Experience in a leadership role within a clinical psychology setting.
- Experience with Partial Hospital Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
- Experience working with adults with acute psychiatric needs.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of evidence-based care practices.
- Ability to support transitions between different levels of care.
