About The Position

The (USA) Director, People leads the development and execution of human resources strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational change and workforce development. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing organizational change and workforce development initiatives.
  • Experience directing HR operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Demonstrated success in talent management, including succession planning, talent assessment, and acquisition.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive business results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data analysis efforts to inform decision-making, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and ethical conduct by modeling company values and promoting compliance.
  • Build strong partnerships across functions to drive business objectives and support associate engagement and performance.
