As a Director, People Partner at Conga, you’ll provide hands-on support to a globally dispersed employee group focused on internal customer experience and partnership for our Operations and Services teams. You’ll provide support and guidance on performance management, talent assessments, compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, etc. You’ll also lead and guide a small team of regional People Partners. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business success. You will lead a team of People Partners while partnering closely with leadership to navigate growth, organizational change, talent development, and performance management. Your ability to balance employee experience with business priorities will directly impact the effectiveness of our Operations and Services organizations and help shape the future of our workforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years in HR roles.
  • Responsibilities relating to performance management, career development, talent assessment, and HR operations.
  • Applied compensation benchmarking and analytics in the past.
  • Confident and deliberate communicator with a point of view and perspective that you’re comfortable defending to peers, partners, and business leaders.
  • Expert relationship builder and customer service enthusiast.
  • Process Improvement Mindset.
  • Leadership Experience: Led a team of HR professionals.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% (US and international) for in-person strategy meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Workday is beneficial.
  • Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree is highly preferred.
