Role overview We are looking for an experienced people operations professional to manage and execute our People Operations processes across 110+ teammates worldwide. This role is responsible for leading and continuously improving all aspects of the hiring and employee experience across our globally distributed workforce, as well as closely partnering with leadership on People strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. This role reports directly to the VP, People and Operations and is expected to be in our Boston office near Downtown Crossing 4-5 days per week. You'll be helping to keep the engine running behind the scenes. From creating seamless employee experiences to improving the systems and processes that support our growth, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the business can scale while preserving the culture that makes Skedda a great place to work. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, solve problems, and create the direction of People Operations at Skedda.
