About The Position

DaVita’s Payor Partnerships team manages an $8B revenue portfolio and a rapidly growing, national value-based care (VBC) business covering over $5B in medical spend. We are a fast-paced team with deep expertise in negotiations, managed care, finance, and consulting, positioned at the center of DaVita’s strategic shift toward value-based care. This is a unique opportunity for a strong strategic thinker and dealmaker who wants to directly impact both DaVita’s revenue and the healthcare system at large. In this role, you will also lead and mentor a small, but high-performing team, with at least one Manager+ level teammate reporting directly to you.
