How you will make an impact The Director, Patient Services & Field Reimbursement Strategy leads the design, optimization, and execution of the company’s patient access ecosystem across co-pay programs, patient services (hub), field reimbursement, and pharmacy coordination within the US market. This role serves as the strategic and operational owner of the end-to-end patient journey from prescription through therapy initiation and persistence. The Director, Patient Services & Field Reimbursement Strategy will build and lead a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization, oversee third-party patient services vendors, and establish business rules that ensure a consistent, efficient, and patient-centric access experience.
