About The Position

BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI is a multi-indication targeted oncology brand offering a treatment option for appropriate patients across metastatic colorectal cancer, unresectable or metastatic melanoma, and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The brand has evolved over the past several years from a melanoma launch to a broader BRAF-driven portfolio, with differentiated strategies across each tumor type and a growing opportunity to connect these indications through a more integrated pan-tumor approach. This is an exciting time for the franchise, particularly following the recent full FDA approval and expanded metastatic colorectal cancer indication for BRAFTOVI in combination with cetuximab and fluorouracil-based chemotherapy, reinforcing CRC as a key growth driver while creating a broader halo opportunity for BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI in melanoma and NSCLC. The next phase of growth depends on precision customer engagement, reaching the right oncologist at the moment of clinical relevance. The franchise invests in a stream of signals across a fast-moving diagnosis-to-treatment window and the treatment journey; the opportunity is to convert those signals into sequenced, near-real-time HCP engagement rather than static campaign calendars. Building that alert-triggered targeting capability - and the omnichannel engine that acts on it is the central mandate of this role. The Director, Pan-Tumor Precision Marketing owns strategy through execution for the brand's alert-triggered, precision non-personal promotion (NPP) and omnichannel engagement across all BRAFTOVI and BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI indications, spanning HCP and APP journeys. This is the brand's primary innovation seat: the role is measured on building a smarter, faster engagement model - not on running the existing one. As a second pillar, the role owns the cross-indication (pan-tumor) campaign across personal and non-personal promotion, engaging multi-indication prescribers to support appropriate prescribing across approved indications. Speaker program and congress engagement sit within this role as a named sub-responsibility. This role is highly strategic and execution-oriented, requiring strong partnership across indication-specific sub-teams, CMO, media partners, HCP Accelerator, CRM, RC, TLELs, sales leadership, field colleagues, agencies, and analytics partners. A successful candidate will bring strong marketing innovation capabilities, a dare-to-try mindset, omnichannel expertise, strong project leadership, comfort in a matrixed environment, and the ability to translate brand strategy into integrated tactics.
