About The Position

The Director, Paid Social Campaign Effectiveness role is ultimately responsible for owning the measurement and analysis of paid social campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of paid social KPIs throughout the funnel, from awareness to conversion. The Director will lead the team to deliver excellent paid social measurement, both in planning and in analysis during and post-campaign. They are effective communicators who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve and exceed client goals based on their deep understanding of their clients’ businesses. This role proactively brings innovative thinking, holistic ideas, and leadership to help clients meet their overarching business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years paid social measurement experience with a deep understanding of planning & analyzing complex Brand Lift Studies
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing media or marketing role
  • Strong understanding of paid social KPIs throughout the funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion
  • Effective communication of paid social measurement approaches, and can get into the weeds when necessary
  • Ability to analyze results across the portfolio to identify and operationalize best practices
  • Skilled at auditing measurement outcomes and presenting actionable insights to a client

Responsibilities

  • Lead organization, synthesis, and evolution of Campaign Effectiveness workstreams
  • Partners closely with BAU Directors to centralize learnings and operationalize best practices
  • Own key non campaign deliverables such as the Roadmap & Learning Agenda, Benchmarking, etc
  • Develop the measurement expertise of the larger paid social team, providing training, mentorship, feedback and coaching on paid social measurement best practices
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the holistic business for each client in their portfolio
  • Orchestrate collaboration and implementation for flawless execution of paid social campaign measurement
  • Possess a working knowledge of full funnel measurement for Facebook/Instagram, and have a strategic perspective on how to achieve client business goals via measurement
  • Stay up-to-date on measurement best practices to ensure the team is adopting best practices and testing recommendations prioritized by the agency
  • Draft POVs based on industry trends
