About The Position

Apple’s Original Content Legal & Studio Affairs team seeks an exceptional attorney to take a leadership role on its team, which supports Apple’s original video content efforts worldwide. The Original Content Legal & Studio Affairs team is responsible for the full range of legal work for the acquisition, production, and distribution of television and movies. The successful candidate will be a diligent and dedicated counselor who can give concise, practical legal advice under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 10-15 years relevant experience.
• Portfolio management and strategy of content related assets.
• Extensive knowledge of global streaming productions across different types of programming.
• Established, strong relationships within the entertainment industry.
• Experience with productions for emerging technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Litigation and Business Affairs to resolve content and production related disputes.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Nice To Haves

• A mix of law firm and in-house legal experience managing teams across a variety of studio/network legal issues.
• Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
