The Director of Organizational Development and Learning position is responsible for managing the assessment of organizational and learning needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of employees and leaders. This role will oversee and coordinate strategic initiatives including Leadership Development, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, and Memorial Hermann University. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting the education of key cultural and change initiatives, as well as driving innovative and modern learning concepts and technology. Success will hinge on strong collaborative relationships within HR and across the business, innovative thinking, and leveraging industry best practices to shape Memorial Hermann into a learning organization. We are seeking a strategic Organizational Development and Learning leader with experience supporting large, complex organizations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate leadership development, organizational development, and change management, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, partner with senior leaders, anticipate business needs, and drive enterprise-wide learning and talent initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with experience leading learning functions in a matrixed environment; healthcare experience is preferred.
