Contributes to the overall success of the Global Corporate Functions in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Within Global Corporate Functions, the team is comprised of the creators, implementers, and maintainers of the technology that forms the bank's operational spine. The Director, Operational Integrations, provides strategic direction and oversight for all operational integration activities across the enterprise. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy, ensuring the seamless consolidation of systems, processes, and technologies following major corporate initiatives. The Director will lead a team to manage complex, large-scale integration projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. A key mandate of this position is to foster collaboration between business units and technology partners, manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, and mitigate risks to ensure a smooth transition and operational stability.
