Director of YouthBuild BRIDGE Program
About The Position
The Director of the YouthBuild BRIDGE Program provides executive leadership, fiscal oversight, compliance management, employer partnership coordination, advisory governance facilitation, and overall implementation supervision. During the four-month start-up period, the Project Director will devote 100% time/effort to finalizing curriculum sequencing, confirming Providence Park worksite readiness, formalizing apprenticeship articulation processes, establishing documentation and reporting systems, and convening the YouthBuild Advisory Council. During Years 1 and 2, the Project Director will devote 100% time/effort to coordinating all programmatic functions, including hiring and supervision of project staff, interdisciplinary case conferencing, performance monitoring aligned with DOL indicators, fiscal management, federal reporting, employer engagement strategy, and integration with UAPTC’s workforce infrastructure. In Year 3 (follow-up year), the Director of the YouthBuild will continue full-time oversight to ensure compliance fidelity, outcome tracking, retention monitoring, advisory governance continuity, and sustainability planning.
Requirements
- Experience with executive leadership, employee supervision, fiscal oversight, compliance management, employer partnership coordination, and advisory governance facilitation.
- Experience in performance monitoring aligned with DOL indicators, fiscal management, federal reporting, and employer engagement strategy.
- Experience with construction industry, pre-apprenticeships, and registered apprenticeships
- Experience with career and technical education pedagogy
- Masters Degree
