Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least three years of relevant sport team operations experience at the NCAA collegiate level
  • Experience with budget planning and management
  • Experience with sport team travel coordination and expense reports
  • Coaching experience in the sport of women’s basketball at the NCAA collegiate level
  • Knowledge of NCAA and SEC rules and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; motivated self-starter
  • Proficiency in computer applications and sports management software
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

  • Experience with Women’s Basketball operations, including team scheduling and team travel at the NCAA Division I level
  • Experience managing charter flights
  • Knowledge and experience with NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball as a student-athlete, coach, or administrator

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the Razorback Women’s Basketball program.
  • Serving as a primary liaison between the program and various athletic department units.
  • Coordinating team logistics, travel arrangements for student-athletes, coaching staff, and recruits.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of team events.
  • Managing budget planning and tracking.
  • Maintaining the team communication and scheduling platform.
  • Assisting with the administration of home women’s basketball games.
  • Contributing to the coaching and development of student-athletes through on-court instruction, skill development, and other coaching responsibilities as assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
  • Supporting the coordination of official and unofficial recruiting visits.
  • Working closely with coaches, current and former student-athletes, recruits, and other stakeholders to promote the overall efficiency and success of the program.
  • Ensuring regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance.
  • Creating and maintaining collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
