About The Position
The Director of Wellness supervises nursing staff and helps guide the team in providing high-quality care to residents. The role is part of a senior living community focused on enhancing residents’ daily lives and providing warm, caring, home-like service that supports independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity. The position is suited to someone who enjoys working with seniors and can project calm, care, and professionalism. Training is provided for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the states of oversight.
- Love for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, energetic people person who can project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the nursing staff.
- Guide the team in providing the best possible care for residents.
- Contribute to excellent service and care for residents and their families.
