Wellness - Activities Director
About The Position
Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Director of Wellness and Activities to join our supportive team and reap the benefits of some of the best career advantages in the industry. As a Director of Wellness and Activities, you will be responsible for scheduling the monthly calendar with 5-7 exercises or activities per day, leading group exercises/activities, and managing wellness and traditional activity/recreational programming. You will also work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation, lead the Market our program EnerG by Aegis, and focus on the seven dimensions of wellness – a holistic approach designed to help individuals be well wherever they are. EnerG wellness programs take traditional recreational activities to a new level, offering an individualized, results-driven approach to enhance health and happiness. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification as personal trainer, exercise specialist, fitness instructor, health and fitness specialist or similar area, preferred.
- Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations, preferred
Responsibilities
- Schedule the monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises or activities per day.
- Group exercise/activities.
- Wellness and traditional activity/recreational programming responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation

- Market our program EnerG by Aegis
