About The Position

Wellness Instructor: Full-time Job Type: Full time Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week- rotating weekends Setting: Senior Care/Wellness, Rehabilitation Center, Restorative Care Location: Sauk Rapids, MN Pay: $19-$20/hr Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Wellness Instructor to join our supportive team and reap the benefits of some of the best career advantages in the industry. As a Wellness Instructor, you will: Assist Activities Director Give input to monthly activities calendar Conduct and deliver optimal programming for the residents Market our program/activities EnerG by Aegis: Created to help us look at health in a new way, EnerG® by Aegis programs focus on the seven dimensions of wellness – a holistic approach designed to help individuals be well wherever they are. EnerG wellness programs take traditional recreational activities to a new level, offering an individualized, results-driven approach to enhance health and happiness.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
