Columbia College Chicago is a private urban institution of approximately 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students, four-year College offering a distinctive curriculum that blends liberal arts, creative and media arts and business is currently searching for a(an) DIRECTOR OF STUDENT WELLBEING FOR CLINICAL CARE. Under the supervision of the Dean of Students, the Director of Student Wellbeing for Clinical Care (DSW-CC) will have principal oversight of the daily clinical operations within the Center for Student Wellbeing. The position will set policy and procedure for mental health clinicians in providing acute and crisis care to students. The Director will monitor trends and identify key issues and service needs of the diverse student population. In addition, this position is responsible for the management of the college’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, providing training to clinicians and oversight of provider case notes and various data analytics. This position will collaborate with campus partners and stakeholders in providing consultation, training, and educational initiatives promoting student well-being. The Director will collaborate with the Director of Student Wellbeing for Strategy and Engagement in determining the operational needs and procedures of the Center for Student Wellbeing.
