The Director will lead four Regional Logistics Specialists, recruit and manage company-employed warehouse personnel, oversee third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operators, and provide functional leadership to Field Logistics through dotted-line reporting relationships. The position is based full time in the Dallas, Texas office. Regular travel and sustained on-site leadership during warehouse implementation and stabilization are required.

  • Proven ownership of inventory accuracy, reconciliations, financial reporting support, and internal controls in a SOX-controlled or comparably rigorous audited environment.
  • Experience leading WMS implementation or a major transformation and integrating warehouse transactions with ERP, receiving, and financial systems.
  • Experience managing both 3PL warehouse providers and company-employed warehouse teams, including provider negotiations and service-level performance.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, industrial material handling, packaging, pooled inventory, VMI, and project-driven fulfillment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly and provide sustained on-site leadership during warehouse implementation and stabilization.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Evaluate project demand, transit times, total cost to serve, working capital, and business continuity.
  • Lead warehouse implementation programs from business case and site selection through layout, equipment, staffing, systems, procedures, commissioning, and stabilization; deliver approved budgets, schedules, and readiness criteria.
