The Director of Virtual Care & Digital Product will lead the strategy, build, and growth of the organization’s virtual care service line. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader will own the digital hub, technology ecosystem, patient acquisition funnel, and commercial performance of virtual services. This role will drive the end-to-end digital patient journey, from awareness and conversion through visit execution and retention, ensuring virtual care becomes a scalable, high-performing growth channel for the organization.
