About The Position

This is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part our Global Sales and Services Technology team. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve on CES and BTI technology supporting analyst interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of overall experience
  • 4+ years of experience in digital product management including people management
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of the application of data science (including traditional machine learning and LLM)
  • Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities and experience including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Strong executive communication skills, with a proven ability to shape product vision and drive alignment on the roadmap with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone; and at the same time coach/mentor team members to build a high performing team culture

Nice To Haves

  • MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus
  • experience leading scrum teams with Data Scientists will be a plus
  • Strategy or Management Consulting experience valued

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of CES and BTI interactions technology
  • Serve as overall product owner and drive partnership with data scientists, engineers and designers
  • Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research, quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities
  • Build roadmap and prioritize product opportunities based on impact and alignment with business goals
  • Design, build, launch and assess MVPs in accordance with lean product principles
  • Drive alignment and working collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders
