About The Position

This opportunity is available across all company locations. The final work location will be determined upon hire, based on the selected candidate's location and business needs. Leads treasury management. Provides treasury management sales and service for business clients and provides support to assure compliance and proper management of products and services offered. Provides coordination throughout the Bank in relation to treasury service products, risk management and sales initiatives. Promotes the Bank and its products and services with prompt, efficient and courteous service in an effort to develop ongoing, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) required; five to ten years of related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas, as business needs dictate.
  • The employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Close up visual attention to detailed materials and effective hearing/verbal communication skills are needed.
  • Must make accurate visual inspection of printed and/or written materials.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Regular customer service problem solving using established variables.

Responsibilities

  • Provides ongoing treasury sales and service for business banking customers.
  • Assists with sales and implementation for all aspects of treasury service products, processes, policies, pricing strategies and risk management efforts.
  • Supervises the Treasury Management Operations Manager.
  • Serves as the Operations Liaison for the Treasury Management team and Market leadership to continually improve workflow and operational support to the Market.
  • Assist Market leadership with the evaluation and performance of the Treasury Management team to measure goal accountability.
  • Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties, as assigned.
  • Enhances career through work experience and continuing education.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • Participates and responds to examinations, audits and third party reviews.
  • Complies with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness.
  • Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community.
  • Attends meetings as assigned.
  • Develops a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services through usage and webex attendance to provide quality customer service while building relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation and development of reporting staff.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
