About The Position

This role requires a Director of Transformation with advanced skills in project management and planning. The individual will be responsible for guiding the organization toward workable strategies and solutions, focusing on priorities, strategies, and vision. The role involves coaching, facilitating, and influencing people at all levels, as well as building and maintaining relationships with staff and community members. Financial analysis, reporting techniques, and a broad understanding of initiatives and their impact on the organization are crucial. The Director will also be responsible for anticipating obstacles, planning for contingencies, and demonstrating attention to detail. Strong conceptual and planning skills are needed to analyze complex projects with broad impact, manage project progress within time and budget constraints, and integrate critical information across disciplines. The ability to work onsite in San Francisco when required is also a component of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or four years equivalent experience/training.
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant health administration experience.
  • Advanced skills in project management and planning.
  • Proven experience in short and long-range program planning.
  • Proven experience tracking project progress.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with broad impact within time and budget constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to select and implement project management methods, tools, and metrics.
  • Strong focus on conceptual planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze diverse project scopes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the cost impact on organizational objectives.
  • Sound strategic thinking and consulting skills.
  • Proven ability to focus on priorities, strategies, and vision.
