The Director of Training and Client Relations will primarily be responsible for Onboarding new agents, coordinators and lead generators. Including but not limited to: the delivery of training for sales techniques, technical and non-technical skills for the sale of insurance products and processing of sales; insurance underwriting and carrier requirements; training and monitoring the process and procedure as they support the overall business unit and protection of carrier, industry and agency standards.
