AMAROK is seeking a Director of Training & Development to lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning and leadership development programs that support its continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building impactful development programs while remaining closely connected to the work. The Director will partner with leaders across the organization, coach and develop employees, create engaging learning experiences, and help shape the future of AMAROK's training and leadership development efforts. As a key member of the Human Resources team, this role will influence employee growth, leadership readiness, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across the company.
