Director of Ticket Sales

Peak Sports MGMTCarrollton, GA

About The Position

Peak Sports MGMT is a third-party multimedia rights and revenue partner for college athletic departments across the country. In partnership with West Georgia Athletics, our team supports revenue generation across corporate partnerships and ticket sales while helping build stronger relationships with fans, alumni, businesses, and the surrounding community. We are building a high-performance revenue organization inside college athletics. That requires accountability, disciplined outreach, strong customer service, consistent execution, and a clear focus on producing measurable ticket revenue growth. The Director of Ticket Sales will lead ticket revenue generation for West Georgia Athletics across season tickets, group sales, individual-game sales, special offers, and other ticketing initiatives. This position combines outbound sales, ticket strategy, marketing collaboration, customer relationship management, and event execution. The Director will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, creating campaigns that drive demand, and developing strategies that increase both revenue and attendance. This is not a passive ticket operations role. It requires someone who can actively create opportunities, lead the sales process, develop relationships, and consistently drive revenue. Success will be measured by ticket revenue growth, pipeline development, outbound activity, conversion performance, renewal results, attendance growth, and overall customer experience.
