About The Position

The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations leads ticket operations and game management for Women's Basketball, Men's Soccer, and Women's Soccer while providing secondary support for Men's Lacrosse. The position provides leadership for ticket sales operations, season ticket renewals, priority seating, student ticketing strategy, financial administration, customer service initiatives, and postseason event operations. Collaborates with Marketing, RevGen, and campus partners to maximize attendance, revenue, and the fan experience while supervising student leads and game-day staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • One (1) year of experience in a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of ticket operations, event management, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to interpret University policies and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and supervise student employees.
  • Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics administrative structure and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of athletics policies and procedures and federal, state, and other applicable, related laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize within unit and department environment as well manage large-scale athletics-related projects.
