About The Position
The Director of Technical Services is focused on ensuring the business unit is meeting all accreditation and quality requirements, with a strong emphasis on the business unit’s continuous improvement within these domains. Individuals in this role will focus on four dimensions of responsibility: Technical Performance Management & Program Compliance, Operational Quality Improvement, Training & Development, and Business Development Support.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of boiler and pressure vessel experience as Inspector and/or Supervisor Code Services
- Holds a NB ‘B’ endorsement or has appropriate background to obtain ‘B’ endorsement
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical writing skills
- Quality improvement processes and management
- Problem solving skills; must be inquisitive and willing to carry out research
- Public speaking

- Hold external qualifications/certifications [e.g. CWI, NDE Certifications, etc.]
