About The Position

Leena AI is a leading agentic AI platform for the enterprise back office. Its AI Colleagues act as specialized digital coworkers to resolve HR, IT, finance, and procurement requests and integrate with enterprise systems. The Global Professional Services team deploys these solutions across enterprise clients and owns delivery from post-sale handoff through go-live and steady-state customer success. The AI FDE team is a new function within Global Professional Services.

The Director of Technical Delivery will build and lead the AI FDE team from the ground up. This leader will bring technical credibility and delivery leadership to ensure deployments are repeatable, high quality, and closely connected to Product and Engineering. The role is accountable for the people, standards, and delivery quality of the AI FDE function as the organization scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited university.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in development, technical delivery, or professional services engineering leadership within growth-stage SaaS or AI-native companies.
• Direct experience building and scaling customer-facing technical teams, such as FDEs, engineers, or analysts.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and communicating effectively with senior internal and client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors.
• Former hands-on developer with fluency in architecture diagrams and technical tradeoffs, without needing to write production code.
• Recent, hands-on delivery experience with AI- or ML-powered solutions at a growth-stage SaaS or AI-native company.
• Experience designing SDLC-style frameworks, tooling, and standards that drive repeatable, high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated feedback loop into Product and Engineering that measurably matured a company's offering.
• Ability to lead through influence across Sales, Product, Success, and Engineering without formal authority over those teams.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with AI/ML products or technologies.
• Familiarity with modern delivery or project management tools such as Jira or Rocketlane.
• Experience standing up a delivery function from scratch in a growth-stage or funding-constrained environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, enablement, and day-to-day performance management for the AI FDE team, and develop the organizational design and capacity plan as customer volume grows.
• Establish and enforce implementation standard operating procedures, success metrics, and escalation paths; design delivery methodologies, tooling, and quality assurance frameworks to make deployments repeatable.
• Oversee the end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle, from post-sale handoff through solution design and go-live to steady-state customer success.
• Ensure effective handoffs among Sales, Implementation, and Account Management.
• Participate in AI program governance, surface platform gaps, and relay field feedback to Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap.
• Own team OKRs related to go-live timelines, customer satisfaction, and net revenue retention.
• Represent AI delivery in cross-functional planning with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering leadership.
