The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the organization's national recruiting strategy to support business growth and workforce planning while ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring practices across all regions. The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the organization's Talent Acquisition function and serves as a strategic partner to business leaders across the company. This role is responsible for developing recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a consistent candidate experience that supports long-term organizational success. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, using data, technology, and strong business partnerships to attract and retain top talent.
