About The Position

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent while enhancing the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. This leader oversees both domestic and international recruitment teams, strategically positioning the company as the preferred employer in local and global talent markets for over 2500 employees. The role also includes fostering relationships with H2B and J1 sponsors to support international hiring needs and managing the recruitment of nearly 1,000 seasonal hires annually. The Director leads the talent acquisition team, oversees recruitment processes, and partners with key leaders to meet their hiring goals. Additionally, this role drives employer branding initiatives to position the company competitively in the talent marketplace.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or related HR functions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing recruitment and branding strategies in a fast-paced environment, especially across domestic and international talent markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in recruitment technologies, employer branding platforms, and data analytics.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization, including external sponsors and partners.
  • Strong public speaking skills, for presentations and/or participation in industry-specific panel discussions representing The Broadmoor

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop domestic and international recruitment teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to understand workforce planning and the unique needs of our different businesses.
  • Oversee the development and execution of employer branding campaigns, including digital presence, events, and employee advocacy.
  • Strategically position the organization as the preferred employer both domestically and internationally.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with H2B and J1 sponsors to facilitate international hiring and seasonal workforce needs.
  • Direct the recruitment and onboarding of nearly 1,000 seasonal hires annually, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to optimize hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Build relationships with external partners, universities, and industry organizations to expand talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, work and cultural exchange visa regulations and company policies throughout all talent acquisition activities.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and branding efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
