The role also includes fostering relationships with H2B and J1 sponsors to support international hiring needs and managing the recruitment of nearly 1,000 seasonal hires annually. The Director leads the talent acquisition team, oversees recruitment processes, and partners with key leaders to meet their hiring goals. Additionally, this role drives employer branding initiatives to position the company competitively in the talent marketplace.
