Director of Talent Acquisition
About The Position
The Director, Talent Acquisition will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies necessary to achieve Afni's business goals and support the company's long-range workforce plans. This role provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while ensuring recruiting processes are executed consistently across multiple sites. The Director is responsible for driving staffing outcomes, improving retention, enhancing recruiting effectiveness, and building strong partnerships across the organization. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required; PHR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources experience, including responsibility for developing and executing recruiting strategies.
- 5+ years leading and developing recruiting teams in a high-volume recruiting environment; call center, BPO, or customer experience recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across multiple business units, programs, or locations.
- Experience using recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and workforce data to improve hiring outcomes and recruiting performance.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvements, change management initiatives, or recruiting transformation efforts.
- Experience partnering with executive and operational leaders on workforce planning and recruiting strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to building high-performing teams and a culture of accountability and development.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work within a matrixed organization and build relationships across all levels of leadership.
- Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and recruiting technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that support hiring goals, workforce planning initiatives, and long-term business objectives.
- Design and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies that achieve staffing targets while improving candidate quality and recruiting efficiency.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies that support high-volume hiring initiatives while improving candidate conversion, retention, and hiring outcomes.
- Analyze recruiting funnel performance and talent acquisition metrics, including applicant flow, conversion rates, fill rates, cost per hire, and retention outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, align talent acquisition strategies with organizational priorities, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing Communications to strengthen employment branding, increase market awareness, and evaluate talent attraction effectiveness.
- Lead recruiting process improvements, system enhancements, and change management initiatives that improve candidate and recruiter experiences.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while creating accountability for recruiting performance and business results.
- Ensure the recruiting team remains informed on talent acquisition trends, recruiting best practices, and competitive market conditions.
- Oversee recruiting technology, vendor relationships, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
