About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the internal hiring function. This role requires strong operational experience, the ability to build processes and structure, and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage people, workflows, and hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will own the hiring function end-to-end, build and level a team, and create the systems that drive consistent, scalable hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Build and structure the recruiting function end-to-end
  • Create processes, systems, and workflows for consistent hiring execution
  • Hire, manage, and develop a team of recruiters
  • Level up team performance through structure, accountability, and guidance
  • Lead intake conversations and define hiring needs with managers
  • Manage relationships and expectations across departments
  • Oversee sourcing channels and ensure consistent candidate flow
  • Step in hands-on when needed to support recruiting efforts
  • Oversee onboarding workflows and hiring documentation
  • Maintain structure, tracking, and reporting across the hiring process
