About The Position

We’re hiring a Director of Surgical Services who wants executive-level impact, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a large, complex surgical program. You’ll step into an acute-care leadership role overseeing 12 ORs and approximately 120 team members across multiple perioperative departments. You’ll drive clinical quality, patient experience, staffing, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and service-line growth while partnering closely with hospital leadership and physicians. Lead Surgical Services within a 282-bed acute-care hospital. Oversee 12 ORs and approximately 120 team members. Leadership scope includes OR, PACU, same-day surgery, sterile processing, GI, infusion, and related services. Direct influence over quality, patient experience, operations, staffing, and financial performance. Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership on growth and service development.

Requirements

2+ years of recent acute-care Director of Surgical Services experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Comfortable leading large, multidisciplinary surgical teams
Understand quality, compliance, budgeting, productivity, and patient throughput
Value accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered leadership
