Director of Supply Chain

SRC Holdings•Springfield, MO

About The Position

SRC is seeking experienced, results-driven Directors of Supply Chain for opportunities across the SRC Family of Companies. These business-minded leaders will apply strategic sourcing and procurement expertise to develop suppliers, optimize inventory, improve operational performance, and build effective supply chain processes. The role calls for strategic and operational leadership, strong supplier partnerships, team development, and measurable business results. The Director will oversee supply chain functions that may include purchasing, sourcing, materials management, inventory control, planning, and logistics. They will align supply chain strategies with business needs in collaboration with operations, engineering, finance, and commercial teams. These are build-and-improve roles focused on developing supplier relationships and strengthening processes, inventory management, planning, and forecasting—not simply administering an existing purchasing function. Opportunities are based in Springfield, Missouri; benefit plans and coverage vary by company.
