The BRICK Networks separates the core responsibilities of running a school day-to-day into three primary functions: Instruction, Operations, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL). BRICK Road to Success (BRtS) is a two-generation internal Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS) that promotes stability and success in the five life domains: family, education, housing, health and economic mobility. BRtS proactively promotes success in a student's academic and social-emotional journey by removing barriers to resources and identifying opportunities for development and growth. The Director of Student Supports will manage the BRICK Road to Success program and oversees the school’s Multi-tiered System of Supports to ensure that 100% of students have “an adult” to help them create, monitor and achieve their goals. This role requires someone who is a systems thinker, has knowledge of local resources, an ability to navigate school systems, and practical knowledge about interventions. The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to identify gaps, coordinate resources and motivate others to case manage to success. Experience implementing a Tiered System of Supports, RTI, or PBIS structures to meet the academic, behavioral, health, enrichment and social/emotional needs of all students is strongly preferred.
