About The Position
This role is for a Director of Student Success. The position requires a Master's degree or higher and at least 3 years of work experience in higher education. The candidate should have a demonstrated history of successful program design and implementation, and possess intellectual curiosity. The ability to work both collegially and independently is essential, along with excellent written, oral, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience leading a team.
