The primary responsibility of the Student Success Director, (Program Director) is to provide strategic leadership and execution student success initiatives within the Morrison Family College of Health. The Student Success Director will collaborate with students, faculty and staff to develop services and programs designed to enhance student success and improve student retention. The position is responsible for the development, coordination, and administration of graduate student affairs programming within the MFCOH, serving as a strategic partner and liaison to undergraduate Student Affairs, the broader campus such as Academic Affairs for advising, and community resources to build partnerships and provide opportunities for all students, and carrying out special student success initiatives with different areas of emphasis. The Student Success Director will demonstrate a commitment to the vision and mission of St. Thomas and the Morrison Family College of Health by providing support opportunities that are culturally responsive, demonstrate ingenuity, and holistically support students to advance health equity and social justice.
