Guided by High Point University’s commitment to delivering an extraordinary education in an environment that fosters leadership, character development, and critical life skills, the primary focus of this role is to champion student safety, cultivate cultures of dignity, and establish robust educational frameworks that mitigate risky behaviors and institutional misconduct. The Director will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and educational architecture for student organizations, fraternities and sororities, and other high-risk organizations in meeting this focus. Operating within a holistic student development paradigm, the position will serve as the university’s primary architect for student organization/chapter anti-hazing education, alcohol safety management, social environment monitoring, and cross-departmental compliance. The Director will work to ensure strict alignment with state and federal statutory requirements while actively partnering with internal and external stakeholders to foster a secure, reasonable, and welcoming campus environment.
