About The Position

SimonMed is an AI-enabled preventive healthcare platform, combining advanced imaging, AI, blood biomarkers, digital health, and specialist guidance to help people detect disease earlier, understand their health more deeply, and act before symptoms appear. As we expand our Longevity business, we are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Sales to accelerate growth through employer programs and innovative commercial partnerships. This is a highly entrepreneurial role responsible for creating new distribution channels that introduce SimonMed's preventive health services to millions of consumers. At SimonMed Longevity, the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Sales is responsible for developing and executing our B2B growth strategy through enterprise sales and high-value commercial partnerships. This leader will identify, negotiate, and scale relationships with employers, health systems, consumer brands, digital health companies, membership organizations, and other strategic partners that position SimonMed as the preferred preventive healthcare partner. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on business development—building new distribution channels, launching innovative commercial programs, and creating partnerships that improve access to preventive health services while delivering measurable business growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or healthcare commercial leadership
  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise solutions to large employers
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial partnerships and strategic business agreements

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, MS in Healthcare Management, or other relevant graduate degree strongly preferred
  • Experience working with consumer brands, membership organizations, digital health companies, or healthcare organizations preferred
  • Established network within employer benefits, healthcare, wellness, or digital health industries highly desirable
  • Experience with cash-pay, direct-to-consumer healthcare, membership-based healthcare, or preventive health services strongly preferred
  • Experience launching or scaling preventive health, executive health, or longevity programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of SimonMed Longevity by creating innovative partnerships that expand access to preventive healthcare, accelerate patient acquisition, and drive enterprise revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute our B2B growth strategy through enterprise sales and high-value commercial partnerships.
  • Identify, negotiate, and scale relationships with employers, health systems, consumer brands, digital health companies, membership organizations, and other strategic partners.
  • Build new distribution channels, launch innovative commercial programs, and create partnerships that improve access to preventive health services while delivering measurable business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide timely feedback, recognize achievements, and address performance concerns to maximize individual and team success.
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Build a patient-first culture aligned with SimonMed's mission, values, and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Make sound business decisions that align with organizational priorities and support sustainable growth.
  • Provide strategic oversight for commercial operations, budgets, and partnership performance within assigned areas of responsibility.
