The Closing Agent is seeking a high-performing growth leader to help build the future of its business development platform across Florida. This is not a traditional title sales or marketing position, but rather a role for a builder who can develop strategic partnerships, create new revenue channels, build programs from the ground up, and transform relationships into measurable business growth. The Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships will lead the development and execution of statewide growth initiatives, including Realtor Success Network, Mortgage Partner Network, Builder & Developer Partnerships, Estate & Probate Professional Network, Attorney Referral Network, Investor & Wealth Advisor Programs, Consumer Loyalty & Refinance Programs, and Industry Education & Events. This individual will work directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities, develop strategy, recruit partners, launch initiatives, and measure results, requiring a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution.
